各位，你们每一个人都有试过生气，伤心或者各种。。。压力，不良情绪。
总之就是不开心的啦！~
你们会如何发泄或排解呢？
比如说，有些人会大哭一场，因为哭出来后会叫舒服。
或者，疯狂吃东西。不要以为我胡说八道，真的有人是这样发泄的~
还有。。。比如说看电视节目来排解。
或者。。。哎呀，其实每个人都有不同的排解，发泄方法。
看你自己用哪一种罢了。。。。
当然有很多种拉，也有奇奇怪怪的。
比如，用剪刀疯狂的剪布！（我也不知道有没有人这样发泄）
或者，拼命撕纸~（这个是真的）
总之很多很多。
我也不知道我自己如何发泄，如何排解。
应该有很多种。
嗯。。。。睡一觉，什么都不要管。
打电话和我外婆聊天。。
嗯。。。缝东西，编东西。
还有。。。不知道还有什么。
总之很多方法，不一定。
