我觉得，我这个人。。。很不合群。没办法啦！我这个人的性格就是这样的嘛！不过，我会想办法改掉这个缺点，以后多听别人的意见。
另外，我觉得一个团体必须有一个领导人。这位领导人呢，应该让每位组员发表各自的意见，再深入讨论或投票。而不是独裁，自行决定。另外呢，这位领导人应该由大家都投票才选出来。不然的话万一有些组员不服，就会不合群。另外，每个组员都应该尽一份力，也应该提出意见。而不是推说不知道，什么事情都让领导人决定。这样，不知缺乏意见，领导人也难做人~
